-
Players will need to also reserve a seat by emailing me (ckydungeonmaster@gmail.com) and paying their game invoice (Venmo @ckydm).

Q: How does payment work?
A: Once you have selected and booked the session you would like to play, a Venmo invoice for services will be sent to your email address/account or you may send money via Venmo (@ckydm) with your name and details. At this time, payment is only accepted via Venmo. Players will also need to reserve a seat for the game-see Google calendar for dates and times: https://calendar.google.com/calendar/b/1?cid=Y2t5ZHVuZ2Vvbm1hc3RlckBnbWFpbC5jb20.
Q: Where are in-person gaming sessions played?
A: Once you have selected the gaming session and paid your Venmo invoice, we will work together to determine a local community venue to hold our session(s) or you may select from the dates and venues offered on my Google Calendar: https://calendar.google.com/calendar/b/1?cid=Y2t5ZHVuZ2Vvbm1hc3RlckBnbWFpbC5jb20. Typically, in-person sessions are held at Friendly Local Game Stores (FLGS), public libraries, coffee shops, or local breweries/tap rooms.
Q: How do I know what dates and times you have open?
A: We will work together to find a date/time that works for everyone's schedule. I also utilize a Google Calendar to show what dates and times I have open for booking: https://calendar.google.com/calendar/b/1?cid=Y2t5ZHVuZ2Vvbm1hc3RlckBnbWFpbC5jb20.

Q: What if myself or someone in my group has never played?
A: No problem! You do not need any experience in order to play and have fun in one of my sessions. I will happily show you the mechanics of the game as we work through the session. Adventurers of all levels, new or seasoned, are welcomed.

Q: What do I need to bring? Do I need to own anything to get started?
A: No. I will have enough books, dice, materials, and miniatures for everyone playing in the session. The only thing you need to bring is an adventurous mindset.

Q: How do I make a character? Do I need to have one ready when I arrive?
A: The short answer is no. You do not need to have a character created before we start. I will have several pre-generated characters ready for you to choose from. If you prefer to roll/make your own character before we start, that is ok too (only available for monthly subscribers) . If you want to create a character with my help before we begin, I will need to know ahead of time so we can meet a little before the actual start of the game to create your character (this will not be part of the actual time window you paid to play).

Q: If I want to play online, do I need to own any software or programs?
A: No. We will utilize Roll20 to play online. You will need to register for a free account, however, all materials for play have already been purchased by me. You will need a computer, microphone (built-in computer mic is fine), video camera (built-in computer video recorder in fine), and headset to play online. A specialized game access code will be provided to you and other players to access the session. You will also need a ZOOM account. Registering for both a Roll20 and ZOOM account is free.
Q: Do I have to live in the central Kentucky region to play in an online session?
A: No. Online gameplay is open to anyone and everyone interested. All online games are played through Roll20 and occur in the Eastern Standard (New York) time zone.
